Day 102
I recently read about a technique for macro photography on Michael Brown's blog. The image is created by handholding the camera and simply cramming the lens into a flower. I had a play with this today. I don't have a real macro lens yet but I still had some interesting results. This was the one I liked best. I crammed the lens into a clump of grass.

sounds cool! you executed it really well, it sounds difficult. :)
ReplyDeletecool, I may have to try it, also without a macro lense ;)
ReplyDeleteWell, ... you certainly are on the right track by looking at this image! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is nice, with a nice play of line and textures.
Probably the most important thing for this type of shooting, is to open your lens all the way, and then go in search of some interesting compositions.
Just remember, ... whatever you do, ... make sure that you have fun while shooting!
See you later,
Michael Brown
Thanks for sharing this! I love the shot!.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to cram my camera into something today :)
